Graphic Design ConsultationMeeting to review project goals, schedule and tasks. We will combine what you already have to help complete the project. If unable to meet ace to face, a survey will be sent out that covers most of the initial questions I may have about the project. Milestone 1) The ProposalA contract will be written up for the project including payment schedule project description, quotes, expenses, terms, a schedule and all around project goals. Work begins only after the contract is signed either electronically or physically. (Milestone 2) Mock-UpA rough sketch is submitted for approval and criticism.Try to stay readily available because I constantly send proofs via email for your consideration and as progress markers. (Milestone 3) Bring it togetherReview of the final design and final edits are completed during this stage, minor typographic errors and or page updates are added here. (Milestone 4) Completed projectFrom this point I can release the print ready file to you or I (depending on the project) can print the final project. This will be discussed in the consultation and be reflected in the contract. PhotographyConsultationBefore our actual shoot, there are a few items we need to take care of. This is where a meeting comes in handy. In this meeting we will talk about locations, what you are looking for photography wise, bounce ideas back and forth, schedule the shoot and go over a pricing plan. I require a deposit of $50 before the scheduled date of the shoot. I accept cash or Paypal ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited to the rest of the session. For some reason when clients invest their money before hand everything goes smoother. My price per shoot is $70 plus the cost of the images you would like printed. Clear your schedule. For portraiture,The shoots will normally last around 2 hours, so make sure you have nothing planned near or around when the shoot is scheduled. This also depends on how many outfit changes we have and the location of the shoot. It goes by a lot faster than it seems so we have to make the most of the time we have together. For a product shoot, it also should last around two hours to give enough time to exhaust most if not all lighting possibilities available. Be on time.If for some reason you are going to be late. I have email and a cell phone. Use them please. I do not want to waste your time and you should not want to waste mine. Proofing.I will go through the images taken at the shoot, anywhere from 150-300, (It is normal, do not be alarmed.) and narrow them down to the ones I feel were the best. From there, they will be uploaded to a mini-website for you to look over and pick your 10-12 favorite images for me to retouch. *If you are not satisfied with any of the images from the shoot, let me know so we can reshoot free of charge.* What’s your cut? After the images are finished being edited, I will send the web ready images to you for use online only. If you would like to order physical prints of the images we created please refer to the pricing page for photography found here. |
